How Do People on the Autism Spectrum Perceive the World?
The Institute of Physiology and the Institute of Biophysics will host the Fourth Symposium on Super-resolution and Advanced Fluorescence Microscopy and István Ábrahám Memorial Workshop on April 11–12, 2025.
This year, one of the key topics of the conference is autism research. In addition to the expert presentations, the organizers have also prepared a Hungarian-language public lecture series aimed at a general audience, which will be held in Lecture Hall SIOT 0032 of the UP Medical School.
You can find the detailed program of the symposium here.
Alongside the expert lectures, a special event will take place in collaboration with the Tájfutásért-Pécs Foundation: a Flex-O Cupt specifically designed for individuals with autism and other disabilities.
The venue will be the park of the UP Medical School, which, with its proximity, traffic-free environment, and exciting terrain, provides an ideal setting for participants.
We warmly invite everyone who wishes to learn more about the world of individuals on the autism spectrum and gain insight into their unique way of navigating through an extraordinary sporting experience!
Date of the sporting event: Friday, April 11, 2024, 14:00–17:00
Further information and registration for the orienteering event can be found here.
We look forward to welcoming all interested participants!
