The International Evening returned on February 22nd, bringing together international students from the University of Pécs for a vibrant celebration of cultural diversity through clothing, food, music, and dance.
In their speeches, Dr. Attila Miseta, Rector of the University of Pécs, and Liliana Rode, President of the English-German Student Council (EGSC), both emphasized the importance of cultural exchange programs and highlighted that the university is not just an educational institution but also a meeting point for traditions and cultures. In turn, the International Evening offers a once-in-a-lifetime experience for students studying far from home.
Throughout the evening, students had the opportunity to showcase their national traditions through performances and culinary experiences. The formal program was followed by a lively celebration, creating an unforgettable experience for all attendees.
